The new online Directory is NOT a copy of the old paper Directory!
Your involvement is required to ensure that all your information (password-protected) is current.
You must update your personal information, not the Office, to ensure your information is correct. The FAQs below will help you do that.

Why Use An Online Directory?
An online church directory can be, and should be, a relationship-enhancing tool.
Used frequently by co-workers within the church, the directory makes it much easier to connect with your fellow worshippers and workers within the church body. It also demonstrates the high value we place on our connections with others. The directory just might make it easier to "love one another"!
The phone app is especially useful for staying connected! Try it!
Pragmatically speaking, having the online directory as close as your phone, tablet or computer to find current contact information when you need it in a hurry can be much preferred over a hardcopy directory that you don't have handy and is possibly out-dated!
Do you perfer a current, always up-to-date hardcopy directory at home? No problem, since a hardcopy of the current online directory can be printed at any time from any location by anyone listed in the directory. Or, the church office can print a copy for you!
As JCAC proceeds with phase-in of this new online directory, we will continue to provide you with the old paper version of the directory for a short while.

"The following applies to the families or members you enter into Instant Church Directory: We at Instant Church Directory do not access your members' data, except for specific troubleshooting purposes within the directory. Although we store the data, we do not access it, nor do we use it for marketing purposes (either internally or by selling the information to other organizations). All data provided by members is held securely and is NOT shared outside of the directory.
Third-party service providers who work on behalf of or with us to provide some services and features of Instant Church Directory may have access to your members' personal information. Examples of such services include sending email, sending text messages and processing payments (including credit card payments). Our third-party service provider are required not to use such information except as necessary to provide the relevant services to us.
At no point will we at Instant Church Directory market directly to members of your church or organization."

To Edit your wedding anniversary and/or your birthday(s), you must click on "Edit My Family" (top right corner of the screen) after logon to your personal Directory account. At the Edit My Family page, you must click on an individual in order to see their individual information, e.g.: birthday. (NOTE: if you see nothing when you click the individual's blue icon, ensure your browser is not blocking pop-ups) Looks like this example:
How Do I Add a Comment To My Family?
Send a note to Web Admin, who can add the note to your family's entry.
